About me

I work with people leaders who have a vision for their future and problems to solve, even if they don’t always know what support they are looking for.  And that’s OK. I will sit with you to scope whatever challenges you are facing. If I can’t help, I probably know someone who can.

For me, it’s not just about solving problems but building in-house expertise and self-sufficiency when it makes sense to do so.  

I built one of APAC’s leading psychology consultancies, with offices across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.  I am also the first New Zealander to win the prestigious Tools Competition with an innovative Ai-powered solution to support job readiness.

I don’t work alone. I partner with some of the smartest minds working at the cutting edge of research in the fields of AI and machine learning, neuroscience, psychometric assessment, and emotional intelligence.

It all adds up to a combination of smart minds using smart technology to build smart solutions. Co-designed with you.

The first New Zealander to win the global Tools Competition with a solution to support school leavers, graduates, and interns navigate their own study to work programme and beyond.

Design of the New Zealand government programme to select international students to New Zealand universities while meeting the diverse needs of individuals from Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, and Pacific Islands.

Delivery of repeat job analyses (extending over 18 years) to define the evolving role requirements of a critical front-line position in the law enforcement sector.

Design of an innovative talent uplift programme to support organisational-wide capability development. A public sector first, this programme tracked succession planning metrics over six years for several thousand staff.

Guiding a major Australian bank to design and deliver an organisational-wide conversation around their desired future culture.

Delivery of one of New Zealand’s largest studies aimed at predicting educational outcomes. This research involved several universities and thousands of students from 80 countries.
